Why 3 Phases? Most agencies invoice the full fee the moment a contract is signed with a candidate. We don't — because a signed contract isn't a successful hire. Our three phases mean you only reach the full fee once your new hire is actually working and proven.
NOTE: Search Activation begins upon receipt of the first payment of €500.

How the milestone fee works with discounts for Success-Only Model: The €500 activation fee is fixed per vacancy as the first activation payment. For example, a 5% discounted standard tech hire is billed as €500 + €2,077.50 + €2,077.50 = €4,655.

Each hire is invoiced in 3 phases: €500 search activation + placement + success. Prices exclude VAT/TVA.

Vacancy Restarts & Refund Policy Each vacancy includes up to two (2) complimentary candidate replacements:
- First Restart: Eligible if the selected candidate fails to start.
- Second Restart: Eligible if the candidate terminates employment or is dismissed within the first 30 calendar days.
All fees paid up to the point of a placement failure are strictly non-refundable and represent compensation for work completed. In the event that both complimentary restarts are exhausted and a third recruitment drive is required for the same vacancy, a new fee cycle of €4,900 will apply, billed across the standard three milestones.
